Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Cannon Hall Farm Play Pass ("Play Pass") is a subscription-based membership that provides access to Cannon Hall Farm and the Hungry Llama indoor soft play centre, subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing or using a Play Pass, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

1. Adults and children aged 2 and over require a Play Pass membership to gain access.
2. Children under the age of 2 do not require a Play Pass.
3. To use the soft play facilities, children must be under 12 years of age and below 4ft 9in (1.45m) in height.
4. Each member must be registered with their name and a photograph, which will be used for identification purposes.

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

1. Play Pass is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis, charged per person.
2. Your subscription begins on the date you sign up. Payments will be taken either monthly or annually on this date.
3. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
5. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. You will be given advance notice of any price changes before your next renewal.

4. Access and Usage

1. The Play Pass provides access to the Hungry Llama soft play centre and Cannon Hall Farm after 3:30pm only, on selected dates.
2. The Play Pass is not valid before 3:30pm.
3. Each Play Pass entitles the holder to enter the farm once per day on valid dates.
4. Pass holders must book a session online in advance. Admission is subject to capacity limits.
5. The Play Pass is not valid during certain special events, holiday periods, and events hosted at Cannon Hall Farm. Valid dates are clearly indicated when booking online.

5. Members and Accounts

1. Play Pass subscriptions are purchased per person and are linked to your Cannon Hall Farm Passport account.
2. Each member on your Play Pass has their own individual subscription.
3. A photograph is required for each member and will be used for identification on entry.
4. Member details (name and photograph) may only be updated once every 12 months after activation.
5. Play Pass memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

1. You may cancel your Play Pass subscription at any time via your Passport account.
2. Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
3. No refunds will be issued for payments already taken.
4. If you remove an individual member from your Play Pass, their subscription will be cancelled at the next renewal date. Any bookings exceeding the remaining member count may be automatically cancelled.
5. Cancelled subscriptions may be resumed within a 14-day grace period.

7. Gift Passes

1. Play Pass memberships may be purchased as gifts. The recipient will receive a unique code to redeem when signing up for their own Play Pass.
2. Gift passes are available in 3, 6, or 12-month durations and may be delivered digitally or by post.
3. Physical gift pass deliveries incur an additional postage fee.
4. Gift codes are single-use and may have an expiration date.
5. Gift codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional offers.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

1. Discount codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms.
2. Only one discount code may be applied per member.
3. The Play Pass offer cannot be combined with any other offer, daily deal, promotion, or discount unless explicitly stated.

9. General

1. Cannon Hall Farm reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify the Play Pass offer and these terms at any time.
2. We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke a Play Pass membership if these terms are breached.
3. All visitors must comply with Cannon Hall Farm's general terms of admission and health and safety policies whilst on site.
